In order for us to register an individual or company on e-filing we would require the following
Company registration documents
Company income tax number
ID document and tax number for the director that will be the representative vendor
Details of all the other directors / shareholders for the representative activation
Company’s address, contact numbers and email address
Banking details of the company
Proof of payment for the registration
Once we have all the documents we will get the process started, we will require you to sign the e filing registration form as well as a letter of authority to appoint the representative for the company and also a power of attorney (we will mail these documents to you).

On e filing you can also file disputes with SARS in cases where you do not agree with assessments made by SARS, and also to apply for suspension of payments.
On e filing you also have the functionality of accessing your tax status, to see whether your taxes are up to date and also then to apply for tax clearances and tax clearance pins.
